Class Information

Beginners Age 4+

Introduction to proper stretching, basic blocks, punches, kicks, strikes, and what to do to defend off an attacker. Children’s natural curiosity and playfulness combined with basic karate drill help develop coordination, mental focus and alertness. A great way to learn discipline, respect, self-confidence, help release energy and prepare students for future more structured classes. Class is suitable for white belts up to two stripes.

Required Materials

Uniform, equipment and testing are additional fees (Total $65) and will be collected after first class.
Custom fitted Chang Tai Do Karate Gi: $40
White Belt Testing Fee: $25
Note: Non-Chang Tai Do Karate Uniform/ Equipment will be not be acceptable/ permitted in class. Students will be required to purchase Chang Tai Do Equipment if students provide their own uniform/ equipment.
